Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Typically, orders are processed within 1 business day. Average domestic shipping time is 1-5 days. Once shipped, timely receipt of your goods is totally dependant upon the shipper, the shipping method you selected and your location in relation to our warehouse. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified via email.

Most smaller items are shipped by standard US Postal Service ground delivery service.  Larger items however, are likely to be shipped via FedEx.  Internationally shipping nearly always goes US Postal Service. International shipping time can very according to that country's customs inspections.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We make every effort to ensure that products you have purchased arrive in good condition. Please, carefully inspect all items and parts. Should a part be damaged or missing all together, please contact us to report the problem. All claims for damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the part. We cannot honor any claim for damage after this 3 day period. Damaged items must be returned, at the buyer's expense, to CADECOUNTRY, (826 S. MUSTANG ROAD, TUTTLE, OK  73089) within 7 days after contacting CADECOUNTRY. Foreign purchasers must send proof of item shipment within 5 days of notifying CADECOUNTRY.  Do not dispose of any of the original packaging materials or boxes. We generally supply replacement parts as needed to remedy any damage that may have occurred. Again, all returned items shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

NON-DAMAGED ITEM RETURNS: An item may be returned, at the buyers expense, in it's original packaging, unused and undamaged only within 10 days from the day of purchase. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us PRIOR to returning your items. You can contact us via our info contact form.  All items returned must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, all original contents and documents included. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please include your order number as listed on your receipt to help expedite the process. Refunds will include item cost minus shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. Again, all returned items shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Any item received by the buyer that was not purchased (wrong item shipped to buyer) by the buyer, we will pay for the return shipping fees.

* Once unused merchandise is received, inspected and determined in proper condition, your account will be credited less original shipping amount and as much as a 20% restocking charge. No credit will be issued for damaged or incomplete goods.
